Our Mission Statement:
The Flagstaff Kennel Club has been part of the Northern Arizona community
since the early 1970s. The club is dedicated to:
- The advancement of purebred dogs
- Sportsman-like competition at dog shows and obedience trials
- Responsible pet ownership
- The philosophy that all animals should be treated humanely and with
dignity
Community Service Activities Include:
- Annual American Kennel Club All-Breed Dog Shows and Obedience Trials and
AKC-sanctioned B-OB matches
- K-9 Drill Team, education programs, demonstrations, and dog therapy
program at nursing homes and hospitals
- Donations to promote animal welfare
- Scholarships
- Participation in community events, including highway cleanup and pet education events
