Full of Fetch
The Monday Post
Oh, we are so full of fetch! So full of happy! Here goes!
(We are also taking pictures while crouching in the snow, balancing the honkin’ big camera with one hand, and tossing the tennie with the other…so, no promises!)
The Big Dive!
Graceful Agility Dogs, returning from the chase
Connery would really, REALLY like that tennie ball

Wow!! What fun!! Go Connery & Belle!!! And as for balancing the camera with one hand, shooting great photos, AND throwing the tennie ball … Mom is terrific at multi-tasking. Congrats. (How did you keep the camera steady???? I have to use a monopod if not a tripod for really decent action photos! Oh, woe — the older I get, the shakier my hands get. Even with the built-in stabilization on my cameras, I don’t think I could get THAT kind of crisp photos of action. Unless I try the zippy sports-photo, multi-picture setting …. h’mm ….)
Please keep posting these wonderful pictures!!

A delight to see them so happy, and major contratulations for the photographer.

Whoa…”contratulations???” I better go get that other pair of new glasses QUICK.

Whee! Made me smile

When Belle gets the ball, Connery has the same look on his face that Jake gets when I won’t throw his ball for him to chase!
It’s raining here, so no fetch for us.

Peggy–
Oh, is Dipstick a tennie Beagle, too?
Boy, they sure do carry a powerful WANT, don’t they?

Laurie, that was landscape setting. I’m used to a totally manual SLR camera–as in, a good 25 years of being used to it–and I resent the interference of the big digital. I find that on landscape, it interferes the least, and has the least tendency to pick the wrong focus point.
If I could just fuse my old NikonFM onto a digital capacity, I’d probably be happy as a clam!
I’m so glad you have fun with the piccies!

Elizabeth–the sad thing is, I read it as congratulations. I think ONE of us needs new glasses, but I’m not sure it’s you…

Kristen–Yay! Glad you enjoyed!
Crysta–Connery is really aghast when Belle (on rare occasion) gets the ball first. She doesn’t return it PROPERLY, you know. She’s too bashful–she gets close and thinks, “Oh, what am I doing?” He knows if he sticks close, he can snatch it up and be the one to return hand it over. ;>
