Return of the Beagle

I would have written this blog EARLIER but I have been busy on the treadmill.  That is because I had SPECIAL INHALER MEDS and they were helping but they were HURTING too and they made me SICK and then they made me WEAK.  But I did not stop my FUN PLAYING so parts of me got HURT: my KNEE parts.  That is also called a STIFLE part.

Mymom took me to see Auntie Vet and Auntie Vet Two, but they did not find my OW.  Then we went to see Uncle Vet and HE FOUND IT!  He is helping mymom to MAKE IT BETTER.  I had a thing called PROLOTHERAPY and

Now I have been doing EXERCISES since it was the beginning of December.  That is HALFWAY DONE.  At first there was NO PLAYING and NO TRACKING and NO AGILITY.  Now there is still NO PLAYING and NO AGILITY but I have started TRACKING!  And very soon I will be able to play on BARELY THERE JUMPS!

BAWHSOME!

See, there I am starting on a TRACKING!  I have a NEW STYLE now.  I am THINKING HARD about things and making sure I am RIGHT, because I am not sure that my body will always GET IT RIGHT like it used to.

Starting the track

I am TRACKING!

I am still taking the hard meds.  It is the only way to make my HEAD FEEL BETTER.  But mymom tries to keep them from HURTING ME.  Every day she does things to keep me OKAY.  But sometimes things happen slow slow slow and then suddenly I am NOT OKAY.

Some of my MEDICINE THINGS

Some of my MEDICINE THINGS. Except mymom forgot my pill holder. She is TIRED.

So now I am starting new meds to take part of the month.  It is called PULSING.  And I feel better again!  Maybe it will last longer this time.  And meanwhile I am happy TRACKING and I am looking hard at those AGILITY JUMPS!

Also, here is a picture of the BIG WHITE HORSE.  He thinks he is being noble but I think he is just HAIRY from WINTER.

CONNERYBEAGLE! TRACKING is BAWHSOME and the news that you are TRACKING gain is also BAWHSOME. Can you hear me ROOOOOING all the way from MICHIGAN? That means I have HAPPINESS that you feel well enough to do TRACKING. And the BIG WHITE HORSIE is indeed NOBLE except his TAIL might be TOOLONG. Trust me when I say a TOOLONG TAIL is just waiting to STEPPED ON by a SLEEPYMOM. Except maybe a HORSIETAIL might be too tall for STEPPING ON. Love, Layla

    I will BAWHHH with you!

    See? BAWHHHH!

Mymom says that is a MY LITTLE PONY tail and she trims it so THE BIG WHITE HORSIE doesn’t STEP ON IT when he is backing up.

Duncan has a REEEEEEALLY long tail. O_o

It’s in nice shape this year. Maybe because he wasn’t able to go out on pasture last year, due to the drought. (Pasture = cactus and juniper and such, grabs his tail!) As hard as it is to believe, it’s been both longer and thicker in the past. Dunno why his mane isn’t as thick…

Found your blog because I went to your website after reading your book Dun Lady’s Jess and Changespell Lagacy. I loved the books, although I don’t usually like this kind. Now I find that you live in my state. How wonderful. I am just west of Rio Rancho at a place I call the Tumbleweed Crossing. I love your blog, too. I am crazy about dogs, cats, and horses, too. I will be back. Oh, and that photo of the white horse is great and the photo with the farriers tools looks just like the one my farrier uses. Stuart? sure glad no one was hurt when the wall came down. I had a whirlwind take a roof off of one of my horse shelters a few years ago and the wind set it down in the middle of the road by my house. Thankfully no one was hurt then either, wouldn’t have beleived it if I hadn’t seen it and neighbors saw it. I will be back to check out your blog some other time. Sage

Howdy, neighbor! I’m glad you found this place. 8) Very pleased to hear that you’ll stop back by!

(The Write Horse blogs are Patty’s, my sort-of neighbor here in Tijeras–aren’t they great?).
